You've done your homework and you know what you want; you just need an expert to install it.

Our highly praised reputation as a company is built from years of hands-on experience of completing hundreds of bathroom, kitchen, additions, and basement projects. All in different shapes, sizes, and styles, we've worked on high-end luxury master suites to powder rooms, to extensive kitchen expansions complete with custom cabinetry and basement finishing with built-in wet bars. With the range of experience our team pulls together, no project is too big or too small! for our craftsmen skill set.

1. INITIAL SITE VISIT.

During our initial site visit to your home, we'll take care to actively listen to all of your needs, wants, and hopes for your remodeling project. We'll take detailed notes, exact measurements, and photos in order to draft a detailed proposal specific to your project. Duration: 30 min to 3 hours

2. PROPOSAL.

After the initial site visit and our initial discussion of the projects scope of work, we will draft a proposal where we will detail the work related to your specific project. Here we will provide you with an exact cost for the labor and construction materials. We will also provide you with a detailed list of interior fixtures, finishes, and equipment needed to complete your space so you can see how these choices can influence your budget.

Duration: Received within 10 days from site visit

3. ACCEPTING PROPOSAL.

Congratulations! You've chosen to work with one of the best remodeling companies in our area. Next we will need a signed copy of the proposal and a 33% deposit to lock your project into our schedule. We will assign you a project manager that will be your point of contact throughout the construction process.

4. CONSTRUCTION BEGINS.

Once we have received all of the materials on site, we will begin work on your project. You can access our owner Anthony Caccolia from Day One of your project and throughout this exciting time.

During construction we will:

Communicate clearly the construction timeline & milestones
Provide project management with an on-site project manager
Coordinate all county and city inspections
Protect your home/furnishings respectfully
Clean up the work area daily and maintain a secure job site

5. PROJECT CLOSE-OUT.

We're close to the project's end and Anthony Cacciola will meet with you for a full walkthrough of your project and a Punch List of any remaining items that need addressed will be drafted. We will schedule our team to take care of any remaining items for you, no questions asked. Duration: 1week
